Sergio Fiorentino Studio

His work focuses on residential architecture, the restoration and adaptive reuse of historic buildings, and contemporary interventions deeply connected to the Mediterranean landscape. Each project is developed through a careful reading of its context, combining architecture, interiors, light, natural materials, and craftsmanship into a coherent design process.
Working with an international clientele, Massimo oversees every stage of a project—from feasibility studies and property selection to design, construction, and interior architecture. His approach is driven by the belief that architecture should preserve the identity of a place while creating spaces that feel contemporary, authentic, and timeless. Rather than following a recognizable style, each project seeks to reveal the unique character of the site and generate lasting cultural, emotional, and economic value.
