The sales centre for Monde Condominiums produces a park-like setting indoors. It recalls adjacencies to Lake Ontario and Sherbourne Common, a central neighbourhood green, and manifests the transformation of the surrounding, lakeside industrial zone into a thriving waterfront community.
The gallery features a complex layering surface planes and textures. Extended sightlines and privileged vistas are activated by an evocative materiality encompassing stone, concrete, steel, wood, glass and plantings.
The model suite showcases a unified living environment, with fluid functional zones in finishes inspired by nature.
