The project envisages the construction of a single house with a courtyard and swimming pool, on a plot close to the Piave river.
The clients' request was to have a new house with simple lines, where they could enjoy the outdoor space and the swimming pool.
MIDE architetti therefore designed a house developed on a single level, where the large open space of the living area frames the swimming pool and the surrounding greenery.
The clients wanted a minimalist house, so we worked with a few simple textures, white concrete, glass and wood.
A special entrance solution makes the street front impermeable to view, ensuring privacy for the whole house.
