The competition entry, which served as the backdrop for the design of the villas, comprises 11 villas, strategically designed with flexible floor plans that allow them to be sold as 16 residential units. This innovative approach ensures versatility in accommodation options, catering to diverse lifestyle preferences and needs. The development features a condominium with six residential units, offering a blend of sophistication and comfort. Furthermore, seven holiday apartments are available, providing an ideal retreat for those seeking temporary respite in this idyllic setting.
