Casa FAP

The project involves the renovation of a historic residence in the center of Lonato del Garda, an important tourist location.

The renovation intervention is of conservative origin especially in relation to the importance of the vaulted structure and arches of the ceiling in the living area and kitchen on the ground floor. The original decorations of the vaults and arches then suggest the development of the entire interior and furnishing project. The choice of the monochromatic microcement floor and the furnishings with linear and minimal shapes contrasts strongly with the soft shapes and decorations of the upper structure, creating a perfect combination.

The lighting always composed of clean and minimal elements aims to enhance the shades and shapes of the vaults.

The upper floor dedicated to the sleeping rooms is also structurally conservative. The wooden ceilings are finished with white enamel in tone with the walls while the floor is newly made with sanded and varnished solid oak strips.
