Remember Hotel Continental in John Wick? Yes! It's Delmonicos's!
The iconic Delmonico's Restaurant is the first fine dining restaurant in America, it's older than the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. It's situated on Beaver Street, in downtown Manhattan, near the Wall Street Stock Exchange.
Almost every president, king or queen that has visited New York has also been in it. Nikola Tesla had his own table there and in his honour we named a room by his name. Mark Twaine, JFK, Roosvelt has been there, and the list goes on...
All the details remainds of his authentic history but at the same time it gives a modern touch. I wanted to make a cozy and modern atmosphere but at the same time to leave untouched the authentic soul of this legendary place.
