La Belen | CRÜ

In la Belen the layout of a residence is studied and developed through the incorporation of a new service unit, equidistant from the existing courtyard, which adapts to the uses of the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and study. A second set of furniture is responsible for generating the distribution between the three bedrooms, once again incorporating the various necessary uses of the residence and creating the required junction between the different alignments of the pre-existing structure. The materiality opts for a perimeter language in white tones, resolving the new elements in oak wood, facilitating the reading of the new intervention and providing the desired warmth. From the continuous, stony floor that unifies the entire space, the kitchen island emerges, complementing the perimeter unit.

En el proyecto de la Belén, se estudia y desarrolla la distribución de una vivienda mediante la incorporación de un nuevo mueble de servicios, equidistante al patio existente, que se adapta a los usos de cocina, lavadero, baño y estudio. Un segundo grupo de mobiliario se encarga de generar la distribución entre los tres dormitorios, incorporando nuevamente distintos usos necesarios de la vivienda y generando la rótula necesaria entre las distintas alineaciones de la preexistencia. La materialidad, apuesta por un lenguaje perimetral en tonos blancos, resolviendo los nuevos elementos en madera de roble, facilitando la lectura de la nueva intervención y aportando la calidez deseada. Del suelo continuo y pétreo que unifica todo el espacio, surge la isla de la cocina complementando al mueble perimetral.
