Situated on a 50m-by-50m site, the new hotel building sensitively integrates itself into the south-west corner of Leicester Square – the beating heart of London’s West End. The 350-room five-star hotel and cinema complex is complemented by restaurants and lounges, a rooftop bar, an underground spa with swimming pool and a 1,000-person capacity ballroom.
The building brings together a complex array of activities and support spaces, offering an unforgettable guest experience. The most advanced engineering solutions have been implemented, complemented by luxury finishes that, while subtle, ensure the space always feels spectacular.
Working with engineers Arup, the building includes six levels 30m below ground, making it the deepest habitable commercial basement in London and one of the deepest in the world.
