Appartamento in via Pozzi | hus

In the renovation of this house for a young couple, the design process started from the overlapping of the spaces required by each of the clients with the structural characteristics of the flat. Aaer a few variations, the solution found was to place a technical core of the house in the centre of the plan, which did not need to face outwards and whose barycentric posizion was easily usable in the daily life revolving around it. Aaer placing this technical core in the centre of the plan, we continued to ennoble it aesthetically until it became the characteris[c element of the project. Its surface has been clad on the sides with full-height mirrors to enlarge the most constricted spaces of the flat such as the entrance and the bedroom hallway. For the front side, on the other hand, an ad hoc bookcase was designed in classic travertine whose geometries and tones characterised the en[re living area. The living area works along the length, dividing into three well-defined bands; the living room, posizioned in the deepest part of the room, the dining area, with the table placed in the centre in axis with the bookcase, and finally, with a precise change in the floor finish, there is the open kitchen developed in a U-shape at the end of the space with a central island. All the tones in the house play on a pale5e of warm, bright tones, allowing a harmony between the natural oak positioned both on the floor and wall, classic travertine, florim ceramics from the sensi collection and light resin.

Nella ristru5urazione di questa abitazione per una giovane coppia, il processo progettuale é par[to dalla sovrapposizione degli spazi richiesti da ciascuno dei committenti con le caratteristiche strutturali dell'appartamento. Dopo alcune varianti la soluzione trovata é stata quella di inserire al centro della pianta un cuore tecnico della casa, che non avesse bisogno di affacci verso l'esterno e che con la sua posizione baricentrica fosse facilmente fruibile nella vita quotidiana che vi ruota intorno. Dopo aver posizionato questo nucleo tecnico al centro della pianta, abbiamo continuato a nobilitarlo anche dal punto di vista estetico fino a renderlo l'elemento caratteristico del progetto. La sua superficie é stata rivestita ai lati con specchi a tutta altezza capaci di ampliare gli spazi più costretti dell'appartamento quali l'ingresso e il disimpegno delle camere da letto. Per il lato frontale invece é stata disegnata una libreria ad hoc in travertino classico le cui geometrie e tonalità sono andate a caratterizzare l'intera zona giorno. La zona giorno lavora sulla lunghezza, dividendosi in tre fasce ben definite; il salotto, posizionato nella parte più profonda della stanza, la zona pranzo, con il tavolo posto al centro in asse con la libreria e per finire, con un preciso cambio di finitura del pavimento, si trova la cucina a vista sviluppata a U in fondo allo spazio con un'isola centrale. Tutti i toni della casa giocano su una palette di toni caldi e luminosi, permettendo una sintonia tra il rovere naturale posizionato sia a pavimento che a rivestimento, il travertino classico, le ceramiche florim della collezione sensi e la resina chiara.
