The new headquarters of Artica Textile, a company specializing in high-quality Jacquard fabrics, is an architectural proposal that arises from a radical shift in the concept of technological innovation, sustainability, and avant-garde that the company wanted to convey.
This office building is considered the first Passive building within the textile sector, one of the most important industrial sectors in the Valencian Community. It is certified by the Passive House Institute, providing external assurance that its real and tangible performance aligns with that of a Nearly Zero-Energy Building (NZEB/ECCN). It achieved Spain's best result in the airtightness test, with 0.1 air changes per hour.
