- Finalmente installato il primo lotto di serramenti in acciaio Jansen serie F.Finestra Minimal_Arte T.Termico, presso la più antica, la più illustre ed importante villa in Monopoli (Villa Meo Evoli - '1700). Il design dei serramenti è stato confermato con ripartizioni vetro in quadrotti portando alla struttura la massima eleganza e richiamando/recuperando/conservando lo stile classico del F. Finestra del '1700 ma arricchendolo della tecnologia attuale in termini di performance all' aria, acqua, vento e soprattutto sicurezza.
La villa fu' costruita nel corso del 1700, per volere del nobile patrizio
Vito Giuseppe Martinelli (1758-1833). Anche gli arredi della villa, tutti conservati, recuperati ed originali sono in stile rococò, combinandosi ai bisogni di comfort ed agli usi dello stare insieme in modo conviviale.
La loggia ed il giardino compensano le ambientazioni raffigurate dagli affreschi delle volte a botte e nelle pareti. Il giardino è tutto da ammirare affacciandosi dalla loggia della villa e varcando la "possente vetrata di ingresso" alla stessa. In stile italiano, il giardino è ricco di essenze, fontane, sculture (sia del XVII secolo che medioevali) che di reperti archeologici.
Attualmente la Villa Meo Evoli fà parte del Sistema Museale del Comune di Monopoli poichè ritenuta opera unica in tutto il territorio pugliese.
Francesco Paolo Martinelli, uomo di grande cultura nonchè politico e legislatore, amante delle arti e della scultura, edificò il museo all'interno di Villa nel 1837. Sulla porta di ingresso del museo incisa su una lapide è scritto:
"Della celebrità della storia e della favola ad uomini del sapere amatissimi,
in questo tempio la memoria a difendere" Opera nell' anno del Signore MDCCCXXXVII".
La bellezza senza tempo dell' antico, si fonde armoniosamente e con molto rispetto con la raffinatezza del design minimalista che risiede nei dettagli delle finestre e porte. Il connubio perfetto tra storia e contemporaneità.

- Finally installed the first batch of Jansen steel window frames series F.Finestra Minimal_Arte T.Termico, at the oldest, most illustrious and important villa in Monopoli (Villa Meo Evoli - '1700). The design of the windows and doors has been confirmed with quadrotto glass divisions bringing to the structure the maximum elegance and recalling/recovering/conserving the classic style of the F. Window of the '1700 but enriching it with the current technology in terms of performance to 'air, water, wind and especially safety.
The villa was' built during the 1700s, at the behest of the noble patrician
Vito Giuseppe Martinelli (1758-1833). The furnishings of the villa, all preserved, recovered and original, are also in the Rococo style, combining with the needs of comfort and the uses of convivial togetherness.
The loggia and garden offset the settings depicted by the frescoes in the barrel vaults and in the walls. The garden is all to be admired by looking out from the villa's loggia and stepping through the “mighty stained-glass entrance window” to the villa. In Italian style, the garden is rich in essences, fountains, sculptures (both 17th century and medieval) and archaeological finds.
Currently, the Villa Meo Evoli is part of the Museum System of the Municipality of Monopoli as it is considered a unique work in the entire Apulian territory.
Francesco Paolo Martinelli, a man of great culture as well as a politician and legislator, lover

a lover of the arts and sculpture, built the museum inside the Villa in 1837. On the museum's entrance door engraved on a plaque is written:
“Of the celebrity of history and fable to men of knowledge beloved,
in this temple the memory to defend” Work in the year of our Lord MDCCCXXXVII.”
The timeless beauty of the 'ancient, blends harmoniously and with much respect with the sophistication of minimalist design that resides in the details of the windows and doors. The perfect marriage of history and the contemporary.
