Our design for this new office space in Nyon, Switzerland is conceived to be a departure from the typical, standardized corporate environment.

The layout unfolds around a central reinforced concrete core, that serves as the structural and spatial anchor of the design.

To maximize natural light, the office features floor-to-ceiling glazing on three sides, softened by sheer white fabric blinds. The raw beauty of the exposed concrete structure, including circular columns and ceilings, contrasts with the warm, natural oak flooring that extends throughout most of the space.

The main corridor is transformed into a striking oak-clad volume, while interior partitions are replaced with custom-built oak bookcases in two distinct tones. Custom-made furniture pieces feature olive green and burgundy laminate finishes, complemented by linoleum-topped tables in various colors.

A mix of contemporary and vintage lighting fixtures, including iconic designs by Le Corbusier and Alvar Aalto, adds a touch of sophistication and warmth. The overall ambiance is one of refined elegance and timeless appeal.
