Le projet s'implante en fin de zone urbanisée. Sa forme "libre" privilégie l'intégration au cadre naturel. Seule une découpe du talus du côté du chemin permet un accès discret à l'espace d'entrée couvert et au parking souterrain.

Afin de minimiser au maximum son impact visuel, le bâtiment s'enfonce dans le terrain aussi bien verticalement dans le sol qu'horizontalement dans la colline permettant ainsi un impact limité malgré une programmation importante. Cette intégration est accentuée par le parement bois ton gris qui se fond dans l'environnement naturel et par la végétalisation complète des toitures plates.

Au sein du bâtiment, les espaces intérieurs évoluent progressivement des zones d'accueil et de réunion vers les zones de travail. Un espace dédié aux réunions d'équipe, pauses, temps libres et activités complémentaires surplombe le plateau des bureaux et s'ouvre totalement sur la colline. Ce cheminement "vert sapin", physique et visuel, en contact permanent avec la nature, distribue de manière progressive et naturelle les espaces adaptés aux différentes fonctions. Au cœur du projet, un espace polyvalent en connexion avec l'environnement extérieur et les espaces de travail favorise les interactions et suscite les échanges.

A l'image de son activité, le lieu privilégie la symbiose avec la nature, le bien-être, la créativité, la collaboration et l'esprit d'équipe.

A terme, un couple de moutons et une colonie d'abeilles prendront en charge l'entretien et la pollinisation de la prairie fleurie.

The project is located at the end of an urbanized area. The volume made of a "free" form allows the integration into its natural environment.

On the side of the path, only a cut-out of the slope gives a discreet access to the covered entrance space and the underground parking.

To minimize its visual impact as much as possible, the building sinks into the field both vertically in the ground and horizontally in the hill. In this manner, the project has a limited impact despite a significant programme.

This integration is highlighted by the grey tone wood siding that blends into its natural environment and by realizing only green roofs.

Within the building, the interior spaces gradually lead from reception and meeting areas to workspaces. A space dedicated to team meetings, breaks, free time and various activities overlooks the work area and is fully open to the hill.

This path "forest green" is both physical and visual. It distributes gradually the spaces adapted to the different functions. Thanks to the many large windows, the contact with the nature around is permanent from the inside. In the heart of the project, a multipurpose space in connection with the outside and the workspaces fosters interaction and exchanges.

The place focus on symbiosis with nature, well-being, creativity, collaboration and team spirit.

Eventually, a pair of sheep and a colony of bees will take charge of the maintenance and the pollination of the flower meadow.
