Originariamente, la struttura era composta da due unità attigue ma distinte, concepite come abitazioni per contadini e caratterizzate da un portico esterno destinato al ricovero dei mezzi agricoli. L'attuale proprietà ha acquisito entrambe le unità, fondendole in un'unica residenza adibita inizialmente a casa per la caccia: il nome "Ca di Brac" è infatti un omaggio ai bellissimi cani da caccia della razza Bracco Italiano. Con il passare del tempo e l'allargarsi della famiglia, l’edificio si è evoluto in una casa di campagna in grado di ospitare incontri familiari e festività, trasformandosi in una vera manor house dell’Oltrepò Pavese.
