This project showcases an inspiring transformation of a former furniture factory into a stylish and functional loft on a limited budget.

The project stands out for its use of basic materials such as metal studs, channel polycarbonate sheets, and spruce plywood. By focusing on smart design and creative material reuse, customization was largely avoided, making the transformation both accessible and affordable while preserving the industrial charm of the space.

Another unique aspect of the project is its use of color. Drawing inspiration from Le Corbusier's color palette, the design achieves a harmonious and character-rich atmosphere. Additionally, the kitchen is a prototype of Totem Kitchen, a modular system by Atelier Belge, which optimizes both production and installation time.
I have attached plans and photographs of the project for your review.
