lean, modernist lines meet rustic land-management traditions. Designed by StudioToff and
appointed with Danish Vipp furnishings, the white-washed cubic volumes open onto a sun-
drenched terrace and 47 m² pool via floor-to-ceiling glazing. Polished concrete floors and
pared-back joinery underscore the villa’s clean aesthetic, while custom oak panelling and a
sculptural island kitchen provide tactile warmth.
The living area, anchored by a minimalist fireplace, flows naturally into three en-suite
bedrooms, each finished with linen draperies and built-in desks that frame olive-grove
vistas. Outside, an alfresco dining space and rooftop terrace offer panoramic views of the
“white city” of Ostuni and the Gulf of Taranto beyond. Understated but luxe details—such
as integrated lighting, hidden storage and high-performance glazing—elevate the
experience, making Villa Pinewood both an architectural statement and an inviting haven
in southern Italy.
