Dune Residences

Perched just steps from a secluded sandy cove, Dune Residences comprises a cluster of
four 85 m² beachfront apartments that celebrate Puglia’s coastal vernacular. Each flat-
roofed volume is articulated in rendered white walls and local stone plinths, mirroring the
texture and hue of the dunes beyond. Central to each residence is a private courtyard
garden, shielded by louvered screens and punctuated by sculptural iron planters. Inside,
an open-plan living space unfolds beneath exposed wooden joists; raw-finish concrete
flooring and lime plaster walls frame a contemporary mix of mid-century modern furniture
and handcrafted local ceramics.
The compact kitchens are wrapped in matt-white cabinetry with recessed brass handles,
while the dining nooks overlook the Mediterranean through slender-framed sliding doors.
Two double bedrooms share a streamlined wet room clad in honed marble, where rainfall
showers and freestanding tubs provide spa-like respite. A shared wooden deck, dotted with
daybeds, leads to a private wooden staircase descending to the beach, ensuring that each
morning begins with the sound of waves and the smell of salt air.
