Oxidized metals and brass finishes add an elegant industrial touch, while the choice of textiles—plush velvets and natural linens—introduces depth and character into the interiors.

The color palette is designed to enhance natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere. Neutral and sophisticated shades such as warm beige, pearl gray, and taupe are punctuated by bolder accents, including deep forest green and midnight blue, recalling the hues of the artworks displayed throughout the residence.

A pochi passi dal Foro Romano e dal Tempio Capitolino, immerso nella storia millenaria di Brescia, sorge un palazzo che oggi si presenta in una veste nuova, elegante e sofisticata.

Il progetto di ristrutturazione, curato da Pelizzari Studio, porta la firma artistica di Claudia Pelizzari e il coordinamento tecnico di David Morini, combinando memoria storica e linguaggio contemporaneo con un approccio sartoriale al design.

L’intervento ha rispettato la struttura originaria, valorizzandone gli elementi architettonici con una ricerca attenta sui materiali e un’estetica capace di dialogare con il passato senza rinunciare alla funzionalità del presente. Le forniture, per lo più tailor made e disegnate su misura dallo studio, rendono ogni ambiente unico e irripetibile, riflettendo un'idea di lusso discreto e sofisticato.

I materiali selezionati raccontano una narrazione sensoriale che gioca su contrasti raffinati e armonie sottili.
