Located in the Colonia Condesa, Oaxaca 88 is a mixed-use building that houses 26 residences and a commercial space. Its urban design is articulated through two interconnected volumes with a central vertical circulation core.
The modulation of its structure is reflected in the façades: the north side is divided into two parts, while the south side unfolds in three, highlighting the internal distribution of the apartments. Combining exposed concrete and green-toned ironwork, the building integrates spacious terraces that offer privileged views of the city.
