Immersed in the green heart of Camilluccia, the project stands out for its contemporary architectural language that reinterprets the tradition of the Roman palazzina through a three-story building with a strong volumetric expressiveness. The demolition and reconstruction project on Via della Camilluccia recovers the volume of a pre-existing building found in an advanced state of decay and abandonment. The intended use remains exclusively residential, comprising a total of three apartments—one per floor—designed with a focus on innovation and high standards of energy efficiency. The two façades of the building, clad in micro-sandblasted sandstone, have a regular shape and appear as two structural walls embracing the front that faces the shared green outdoor area, distinguished by its highly expressive and dynamic volumetric articulation. The wide, overlapping terraces of the apartments project boldly outward, with different contours on each floor. Together with the building’s core, they are clad with sublimated aluminum profiles with a wood-effect finish. Special attention has been paid to light and panoramic views, with large floor-to-ceiling windows ensuring continuity between interior and exterior spaces. In the three exclusive luxury apartments, every detail contributes to shaping an atmosphere of pure harmony, where elegant design merges with innovative and sustainable solutions.

Immerso nel cuore verde della Camilluccia, l'intervento si distingue per il linguaggio architettonico contemporaneo che reinterpreta la tradizione della palazzina romana con un edificio a tre piani dalla forte espressività volumetrica. Il progetto di demolizione e ricostruzione in via della Camilluccia recupera la volumetria di un edificio preesistente trovato in avanzato stato di degrado e abbandono. La destinazione d'uso rimane esclusivamente residenziale per un totale di tre appartamenti, uno per piano, improntati alla massima innovazione ed elevati standard di risparmio energetico. I due fronti dell'edificio rivestiti in pietra arenaria micro-sabbiata hanno forma regolare e si presentano come due setti che abbracciano il fronte che si affaccia sull'area verde esterna comune, caratterizzato da un'articolazione volumetrica fortemente espressiva e dinamica. Le ampie terrazze sovrapposte delle abitazioni hanno forti aggetti e contorni diversi per ogni piano; queste, insieme al nucleo dell’edificio, sono rivestite da profili in alluminio sublimato effetto legno. Particolare attenzione è stata posta nei confronti della luce e della panoramicità dell’edificio utilizzando infissi con grandi vetrate a tutta altezza che garantiscono continuità tra dentro e fuori. Nei tre esclusivi appartamenti di lusso, ogni dettaglio concorre a plasmare un'atmosfera di pura armonia, in cui l'eleganza del design si fonde con soluzioni innovative e sostenibili.
