1OAM Lofts is a transformative architectural project converting a disused 1970s industrial warehouse into a contemporary multi-use urban space. It merges raw industrial aesthetics with refined materials and spatial flexibility, creating a creative hub for living, working, and hosting cultural events.

Lower Levels (Basement, Ground, Mezzanine)

These 500 m² across three floors serve as a flexible brutalist-styled venue for events, exhibitions, private dinners, shoots, and more. Key features: exposed concrete, corten-steel spiral staircase, black concrete flooring, and large glass block façade elements.

Middle Floors (Lofts 1–4)

Four column-free open-plan loft spaces on levels 1–2, ideal for residential, studio, or creative use. Interiors feature concrete, terrazzo, Scandinavian-inspired furnishings, original 1970s-style windows, and mix of textures.

Top Floors (Penthouse)

Spread over 5th–6th floors, this luxurious dual-level loft includes open-plan living, dining, kitchen, office/second bedroom, and two terraces with Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, and Riviera views.
Materials include lime-washed walls, black stone floors, dark-wood cabinetry, and full-glass bathroom walls framing city views.

“I believe the staircase is the architectural highlight of 10AM Lofts. It feels like a sculpture.”— Eva Papadaki (the owner)

This spiral staircase—crafted from corten steel—serves as both a structural connector between the basement and ground floors and a bold sculptural centerpiece anchoring the building’s raw-industrial aesthetic. According to Papadaki, it was the most challenging element to execute, yet its transformation into a sculptural focal point is what truly defines the project’s character.
