The interior design project for the agrocompany’s main lobby harmoniously integrates elements of the natural environment with innovative technologies, emphasizing the company’s stability and contemporary vision. The spatial concept is centered around materials that highlight the enterprise’s deep connection to the agricultural sector, complemented by an innovative approach to energy efficiency.

A striking feature of the design is a wheat installation that immerses visitors in the atmosphere of a Ukrainian field. This is not only an aesthetic focal point, but also a symbol of unity with nature and the fertile land that underpins the company’s operations.

The interior also draws attention to the company’s green energy achievements through interactive elements and visual displays, enabling visitors to explore the enterprise’s advancements in renewable energy. State-of-the-art technologies are seamlessly integrated into the lobby, creating an informative environment where guests can learn about the company’s diverse activities, projects, and innovations.

A distinctive highlight is the bas-relief by sculptor Maryan Korol, crafted from local limestone and depicting domestic farm animals. This element underscores the importance of agricultural traditions and the deep roots of farming in the local culture.

Comfortable furniture, abundant natural light, and open spatial planning foster an inviting atmosphere conducive to productive meetings and communication with partners and clients. The overall design conveys local traditions and culture, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainable development, high standards, and responsibility for the future.

The lobby layout includes additional small meeting rooms alongside open lounge areas, a reception desk for welcoming staff and visitors, a staff cloakroom, and an inclusive guest restroom. The client’s primary request was to preserve the lobby’s volume and spatial openness while eliminating the sense of a typical building with panel ceilings. The goal was to create a completely new, presentational lobby that tells the story of the company’s traditions, sectors, and innovative spirit.

The interior concept began with the forms and lines of the ceiling. Our challenge was to devise a ceiling solution that would visually unify and conceal the building’s structural elements without compromising the room’s height. The interplay of contrasting forms achieved this: on one side, a decorative wooden coffered ceiling, and on the other, large, monolithic white trapezoidal shapes rising from the columns. The tactile quality of the reception area was inspired by the textures of earth and grain, realized using ash wood as the primary material.

This motif is echoed in the decor, set against a backdrop of traditional Podillia embroidery, executed in collaboration with Floradise fleurs. The soft seating compositions were produced by Lisma, complemented by bespoke “KUPAVA” coffee tables designed by Yuliia Torba and crafted by Grand Wood. The casework, decorative ceiling, and wall finishes were executed by Zakhid Mebli. The material palette includes Contempo Kronospan panel materials, Tubadzin Etno Silver porcelain stoneware, and Laminam quartz ceramic countertops. Lighting was supplied by Lesand, with gypsum recessed fixtures ensuring the ceiling’s sculptural integrity.
