Summer, holidays and the beach. These three inseparable words bring to mind endless images of moments spent by the Mediterranean. Days spent at the beach, the pool, the beach, napping under a parasol, cycling and eating sandwiches, a life not so long ago where worries did not exist.

It is a physical and emotional landscape that belongs to us, in which we have all lived.

The main objective of our project is to capture that landscape, to make it omnipresent. To do this, we have concentrated storage, wet areas and circulation in the core of the house, thus freeing up all of its façades.

The more contained night area enjoys views over the marsh; the day area, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass walls, opens up completely to the sea. The double orientation allows the breeze to flow through the house, generating adequate and pleasant cross ventilation.

The architecture is orderly and silent, giving prominence to the Mediterranean landscape that is also ours.
