Jury's verdict:

The project team NAFEMI Lab defines a vertical volume that is set as a fully

urban building. The proposal projects the response to the scale of the city and

relates to the height of buildings in London. A commitment to understanding the

great city of London as a megalopolis.

The program is distributed in an orderly plant organized hierarchy of spaces,

while the section is changeable according to the program.
