The location of this apartment is an undoubted advantage, in the heart of the most dynamically developing Wola district of Warsaw. A corner apartment with a huge terrace located on the 8th floor, overlooking the Warsaw skyline. The immediate surroundings of the building are mainly new buildings and skyscrapers, which significantly influenced the modern character of the interior.

In the original plan, the apartment had 2 small bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The goal of architect Dawid Konieczny was to create a comfortable living space, which is why he created a functional layout based on one enlarged bedroom with a wardrobe and a larger living room with a kitchen. The entire apartment is cove- red with beige plaster, microcement on the floor in the same shade, which maximizes the interior and gives it character.

The curved wall separating the living space from the bedroom with an oval cut-out forming the entrance to the bedroom is a characteristic point of the apartment. In the living room, the architect designed an or- ganic sofa with a flowing backrest fully covered with a buckle, accom- panied by an organic table made of mango wood, a black wooden armchair with a leather braid and a large vase from Gropk Ceramics on a wooden pedestal. The lighting system used in the apartment is the running magnet from the Flos brand.

Velvet curtains in beige colors are a kind of intimacy barrier. In the bedroom, the form of the bed was covered with a veneer designed by Ettore Sottsass, whose print was the inspiration for the creation of wall lamps made of brass.

To help distinguish the bathroom area from the living room space, the architect applied noble green already at the entrance to the bathroom which stands out from the beige plaster and at the same time takes us to the relaxation zone. In the bathroom, all surfaces have been covered with microcement, which, together with a huge mirror, enlarge the not small space even more. The fittings used in the bathrooms come from the Spanish brand Ramon Soler.

Just like in the bathroom, in the kitchen, the surfaces of the furniture and the bar with an organic form were covered with plaster. The architect designed hooks made of brushed steel that perfectly match the texture of the plaster.
