Finca Anjora is a newly built villa in classic Mallorcan style with a 25-meter swimming pool.
The project is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, near the Tramuntana mountains, on a plot of approximately 15,000 square meters with a slope of up to 20%.
The partially two-story finca blends inconspicuously into the sloping terrain with its shape.
The rooms are arranged around the spacious atrium, which serves as a central communal meeting place. They can be used as individual apartments or a large residential house.

Finca Anjora ist eine Neubauvilla im klassischen mallorquinischen Stil mit einer 25 m langen Poolanlage.Das Projekt befindet sich mitten im ländlichen Mallorca, nahe dem Tramuntana Gebirge, auf einem ca. 15.000 qm großen Grundstück mit bis zu 20% Gefälleneigung.
Die teilweise zweigeschossige Finca fügt sich mit ihrer Form unauffällig in das abschüssige Gelände ein. Die Räume sind ringsum das großzügige Atrium angeordnet, welches als zentraler gemeinschaftlicher Treffpunkt dient. Sie können als einzelne Appartments oder ein großes Wohnhaus genutzt werden.
