Located in the Ipês condominium in Goiânia, the Acapu House was born from the meeting of contemporary volumetry and the sloping terrain, where architecture and nature blend in harmony. Built on a slope of over four meters, the house rises gently above the street, revealing in its volumes the transition between social and intimate spaces.

Designed for a couple starting their life together with the dream of building a family, the Acapu House translates the desire for a welcoming and free home, where each environment celebrates conviviality and the landscape. Respecting the terrain's slope, the volumetry was constituted by three blocks: the lower block for the garage, the intermediate block for the social area, and the upper block for the intimate sector of the house.

In the lower block, at street level, is the access to the garage and the staircase to the leisure area, without a conventional front door, so visitors can access the gourmet area without having to go through the house. On the intermediate floor, the social area flows freely: living room, gourmet veranda, and pool are integrated in a single gesture, creating a convivial setting.

The pool, positioned to receive sunlight throughout the day, becomes the heart of leisure, reflecting the glow of September afternoons and the heat of central Brazil.

In the upper volume, the intimate block rests perpendicularly on the social block, creating a play of planes and shadows that enhances the lightness of the composition.

The suites open onto private balconies that frame the surroundings, and the master suite, facing the sunset, extends to a contemplation rooftop - a refuge with a view of the lake and the cerrado landscape.
