La Scuola Guesthouse

Once a countryside school today a small themed hotel, to live in a fairy tale.

In the small village of Lusiana Conco, just halfway between Bassano del Grappa and the Asiago Plateau there is a small gem where time seems to stand still: a Guesthouse with the B&B formula housed in an old mountain school from the 1920s.

Each room is dedicated to a subject: Geography, History and Letters, Sciences, Arithmetic and the romantic Teacher’s room, with the Belle Époque bathtub. Each room has its own unmistakable style and is full of details to discover: the old school desks, the vintage boards, the old school bags, the blackboards. The conservative renovation has protected all its charm: the typical flooring, the local red marble staircase, the roof with chestnut beams and the old "tiles". The new elements guarantee all comforts and blend creatively with the recycled furnishings.

Ieri una scuola di campagna oggi un piccolo hotel a tema, per vivere in una fiaba.

A Lusiana Conco, sull’Altopiano di Asiago 7 Comuni, proprio a metà strada fra le colline dei ciliegi ed i pascoli di montagna, tra Marostica e Asiago c’è un piccolo sogno dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato: una Guesthouse con formula “camere e colazione” ospitata in una vecchia scuola di montagna degli anni Venti.Ogni camera è dedicata ad una materia: Geografia, Storia e Lettere, Scienze, Aritmetica e la Camera della Maestra, romantica, con la vasca da bagno Belle Époque. Ognuna ha il suo stile inconfondibile ed è ricca di dettagli da scoprire: i vecchi banchi di scuola, le tavole didattiche, le cartelle, le lavagne. Il restauro conservativo, realizzato con le imprese e gli artigiani locali, ne ha protetto tutto il fascino: il pavimento in cementine, la scala in marmo rosso locale, il tetto con le travi in castagno e le vecchie “tavelle”.  Gli elementi nuovi garantiscono tutti i comfort e si fondono con creatività agli arredi di recupero.
