A bespoke project balancing functionality and style

Archventil’s intervention made full use of the apartment’s remarkable height, creating a mezzanine dedicated to painting and the owner’s creative hobbies. On the main level, the space was conceived as a harmonious and well-balanced open-plan layout, composed of:

● a modern and functional kitchen area

● a welcoming living room

● a dining area adjacent to the large window, also ideal as a smart-working station thanks to abundant natural light

In the bedroom, the clean and refined design is enhanced by wide double curtains, ensuring privacy during the day and total darkness at night, compensating for the absence of shutters.

A bright and airy aesthetic

The stylistic concept focuses on light tones, visual softness, and simple yet elegant details, reflecting the client’s open and sunny personality. The overall effect is that of a serene and inviting home, perfect both for unwinding after work and for hosting friends and guests.

L’intervento di Archventil ha saputo sfruttare al massimo la notevole altezza dell’appartamento, realizzando un soppalco dedicato alla pittura e agli hobby creativi della proprietaria. Al piano principale, lo spazio è stato concepito come un openspace armonioso e ben distribuito, articolato in:
●      una zona cucina moderna e funzionale,
●      un living accogliente,
●      un’area pranzo adiacente alla grande finestra, pensata anche come postazione di smart working grazie alla luminosità naturale.

Nella camera da letto, il design sobrio e raffinato è impreziosito da ampie tende doppie, capaci di garantire privacy durante il giorno e il buio totale di notte, compensando l’assenza di persiane o tapparelle.

Stile chiaro e luminoso

Il concept stilistico ha privilegiato toni chiari, leggerezza visiva e dettagli semplici ma eleganti, per rispecchiare il carattere aperto e solare della cliente. L’effetto complessivo è quello di una casa che trasmette serenità, perfetta per rilassarsi al rientro dal lavoro o per accogliere amici e ospiti.
