House C transforms a minimal 32 m² apartment into a continuous, luminous space deeply connected to the sea. The irregular geometry of the dwelling is freed from unnecessary partitions to allow a clear reading of the whole, leaving only the bathroom cabin as an independent element. Within this renewed void, two devices appear to organize daily life and draw the house. The first, attached to the party wall, brings together the kitchen, a bench facing the exterior, and a bathtub– shower conceived to enjoy bathing with sea views. The second device concentrates the resting area: a green niche that accommodates sleeping, reading, and storage, creating an intimate refuge within the open space. The rest of the dwelling is conceived as a flexible surface, without rigid hierarchies, able to adapt to everyday gestures. The chromatic palette defines the atmosphere: a very pale pink that wraps the floor and softens the light, a dense green that structures the sleeping volume, and Klein blue curtains that provide occasional privacy without compromising spatial continuity. Mirrored surfaces amplify the proportions and overlay reflections that bring the sea into the interior, extending the presence of the landscape even into the deepest corners. This strategy turns light and the horizon into project materials. The house is organized as a single room expanded through color, reflection, and landscape. A compact interior that visually opens to the horizon.
