The project is executed under the concept of "Seasonal Adaptive Architecture," delivering optimal versatility:
Normal State: The structure functions as a garden bungalow or a weekend retreat. It is gently anchored, harmonizing with the surrounding landscape.
Flood Response State: When floodwaters rise, the structure automatically detaches from the ground and floats with the water level (via a pontoon/floating system). The structure transforms into a self-sufficient "safe haven" for parents and family members.
