Studio Bosko had the pleasure of designing the interior of a newly built penthouse in a residential building in Kreuzberg. We accompanied the clients when they bought the property during the shell construcDon phase (right before COVID hit). The clients are a young, international couple who moved to Berlin from Amsterdam and wanted a multifunctional house with ''as little white as possible''. She is an illustrator, while he only sees bold colours (a form of Daltonism) - this led us to a primary palette-oriented interior design. We used the colours to functionally define the open plan space - the kitchen is bright yellow, the dining area is in shades of red and the living room is drenched in green. A more atmospheric, nuanced design was chosen for the private area of the flat. We designed all the fittngs and curated the space with design icons as well as vintage and contemporary pieces from across Europe.
