The project focuses on the restoration of a historic villa located in the picturesque Val di Perga.
The main activities involve the consolidation of the roof structures, the restoration of the facades, and an internal renovation to improve the functionality of the spaces. As for the external interventions, a swimming pool was built, accompanied by ancillary spaces.
This addition has not only enriched the overall experience of the villa but has also contributed to creating a welcoming and refined outdoor environment.  Overall, the architectural approach is based on preserving and enhancing the villa's historical features, while ensuring an adequate level of functionality and comfort for users. The construction of a swimming pool and related spaces blends harmoniously into the context, offering an additional distinctive element and a reason to attract visitors to the property.

Il progetto si focalizza sul restauro di una villa storica situata nella suggestiva Val di Perga.

Le attività principali coinvolgono il consolidamento delle strutture di copertura, il ripristino delle facciate e una ristrutturazione interna per migliorare la funzionalità degli spazi.  Per quanto riguarda gli interventi esterni, è stata eseguita l'implementazione di una piscina, accompagnata da spazi accessori.

Questa aggiunta non solo ha arricchito l'esperienza complessiva della villa, ma ha contribuito anche a creare un ambiente esterno accogliente e raffinato.  Nel complesso, l'approccio architettonico si basa sulla conservazione e valorizzazione delle caratteristiche storiche della villa, assicurando nel contempo un adeguato livello di funzionalità e comfort per gli utenti. La realizzazione di una piscina e degli spazi ad essa collegati si integra armoniosamente nel contesto, offrendo un ulteriore elemento distintivo e un motivo di attrattiva per la proprietà.
