Initially quite neutral, this contemporary house finds its true balance: materials, spatial arrangement, perspectives, and custom-made furniture redefine the whole. A blend of oak and okoume wood creates a continuous pattern—wood paneling, porticos, and integrated storage.

On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen, clad in wood, speak with one voice; in the living room, this wood paneling adds rhythm to the space and interacts with a cream-tiled mantelpiece that reflects soft light.

The molded concrete staircase, with its polished grain reminiscent of terrazzo, unfolds curves that soften the ascent and lead naturally to the master suite.

The suite unfolds in a series of rooms—dressing room, bedroom, bathroom—like a hushed jewel box.

At the end of the vista, the red ceramic bathtubshower reigns supreme; its gleaming reflections play across the travertine, wood, and brushed stainless steel.

In the basement, the gym echoes the theme: wood accentuates the full-height mirrors, while a mineral blue locker room blends seamlessly into the same design.

The furniture selection extends this intention: carefully chosen pieces, consistent materials, and a feeling of warmth.
