Set within an exposed urban context, the house establishes a deliberately restrained relationship with the street, opting for the absence of openings on the main façade in response to traffic intensity and privacy requirements. This strategy allows domestic life to be concentrated within a more protected and introverted environment.

The project turns inward, structured around a series of courtyards that organise the spaces while providing natural light and ventilation. These elements play a key role in defining the spatial sequence and connecting the different areas of the house.

To the south and west, the house opens onto the garden through large openings, strengthening the relationship with the exterior and maximising daylight. To the north and east, natural light is carefully introduced through courtyards and skylights, ensuring environmental comfort and a balanced atmosphere throughout the day.
