The project includes the complete renovation of the building complex, the remodelling of the exteriors and comprehensive landscaping. Inside, the project aims to restore a coherent functional layout while preserving and enhancing the thermal, structural and architectural qualities of the existing building.
The interventions are deliberately measured and coherent with the local context : use of traditional materials such as stone, earthenware, and lime plaster, installation of passive ventilation systems, underfloor heating, and biosourced insulation tailored to specific needs.
The exterior is completely remodeled :
- the upper and lower terraces are being renovated, redesigned and extended
- the different layers of the land are rearranged in the tradition of Provençal restanques.
