The design concept stemmed from the premise of "rising" or "emerging," like a hill in the middle of the landscape. The aim was to imbue the house with character to create an experience of grandeur from the moment of arrival; an important aspect was the harmony between the structure and its surroundings. Our clients emphasized that the house should provide unique and functional spaces where the barriers between the interior and exterior seemed to disappear.
