The new headquarters of Península Participações, a private investment company focused on long-term value creation, was designed by São Paulo–based Patricia Martinez Arquitetura as a space that connects corporate identity with memory and legacy. The 500 m² office features an art gallery that guides visitors from the entrance to the reception, displaying meaningful pieces such as a ceramic element from the founder’s father’s former confectionery shop and a sculptural tree by artist Jorge Mayet symbolizing family roots and future generations. Combining curved layouts, collaborative areas and individual meeting booths, the project reflects a modern and youthful workplace while reinforcing the long-standing partnership between the company and the architecture studio, responsible for designing its three headquarters over the years.
