Casa SA is part of a residential building with an exclusive view of the Gulf of Catania.
Designed in the 1970s by a remarkable architect, the clients' grandfather, the building exudes a "modern" style.
The simple volume is punctuated by large windows and alternating balconies and loggias that extend the living spaces outdoors. And the outdoor space is a key element of the renovation project.
In rethinking the layout of this apartment, the common areas are reorganized to connect with the large terrace, green spaces, and the panoramic view. A small swimming pool is also planned.
