Nestled within the deep green landscape of the Dolomites, the Greva residential project combines modern architecture with the authenticity of the surrounding nature. Clean, timeless lines and a harmonious integration into the landscape create a living experience defined by tranquility, well-being, and exclusivity.

Greva represents far more than unique living — it is the experience of life within a small oasis in the heart of Val Gardena. The forest feels almost within reach, while the gentle sound of the fresh mountain stream nearby becomes part of everyday life, creating a truly distinctive atmosphere.

The residential complex has been carefully integrated into the hillside, ensuring equally open and expansive southwest-facing views for all residential units. Through the new urban arrangement, the existing barn is brought into focus and the distance between the buildings is increased, creating a greater sense of openness and harmony.

The building, comprising nine apartments, is divided into two vertically offset volumes connected by a central entrance area with staircase and elevator. This architectural composition gives the complex a lighter appearance and allows it to blend naturally into the landscape while maintaining a respectful relationship with the traditional barn structure.

Particular attention was given to preserving the local and traditional character of the existing farmhouse setting within the agricultural landscape. Roof pitch, proportions, materials, and surface textures were carefully designed in reference to the regional architectural heritage, creating a timeless and harmonious dialogue between architecture and nature.
