Atelier Emmanuelle Neciolli has reimagined and combined two apartments into a single space within an Art Deco building, restoring the soul that the structure had gradually lost, while blending heritage with modernity. An unexpected feature of this high-end renovation, the main area becomes a space dedicated to physical activity, designed for both training and relaxation for its active residents.

Spanning two floors, the bourgeois interior plays with the art of contrast, paying homage to the building’s history while combining materials and styles in a singular harmony. Guided by natural light, the circulation plan has been redesigned to allow a fluid evolution across the three levels, creating surprising spaces with varying ceiling heights. Organized around large open volumes and an exposed framework, the space opens onto a terrace that naturally extends the interior, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors.

This premium renovation marries aesthetics with energy and environmental performance, thanks to advanced thermal and acoustic solutions, while preserving the spirit and original identity of the project.

L’atelier Emmanuelle Neciolli réinvente et réunit deux appartements en un seul espace au sein d’un immeuble Art Déco, redonnant à ce bâtiment l’âme qu’il avait peu à peu perdue, tout en mêlant mémoire et modernité. Élément inattendu de cette rénovation haut de gamme, l’espace principal devient un lieu dédié à l’activité physique, pensé pour l’entraînement et la détente de ses habitants, sportifs engagés.

Sur deux étages, l’intérieur bourgeois joue de l’art du contraste, rendant hommage à l’histoire du lieu tout en combinant matériaux et styles dans une harmonie singulière. Guidé par la lumière, le plan de circulation a été repensé pour offrir une évolution fluide entre les trois niveaux, générant des espaces surprenants aux hauteurs sous plafond multiples. Organisé autour de grands volumes ouverts et d’une charpente mise à nu, le lieu s’ouvre sur une terrasse qui prolonge naturellement l’intérieur, brouillant les frontières entre dedans et dehors.

Cette rénovation premium allie esthétique et performance énergétiques et environnementales, grâce à des solutions thermiques et acoustiques pointues, tout en préservant l’esprit et l’identité originelle du projet.
