MS Reinsurance Global Headquarters in Zurich | Evolution Design

Evolution Design has completed the new Zurich head office for global reinsurer MS Reinsurance. The project translates the company's brand values of trust, collaboration, and people-centred approach into a workspace that is deeply rooted in its visual language and the values that define its culture.

Spread over four floors in Enge – one of Zurich's established and well-connected neighbourhoods – the workspace offers a rich variety of work environments from dedicated team neighbourhoods and quiet focus spaces to collaborative and informal meeting areas. 

These environments are united by a strong visual concept inspired by MS Reinsurance's brand identity and the symbolism of the sun – representing consistency, reliability, and growth. This idea unfolds on all floors through colours, materials, forms and graphic elements, creating a workplace that feels both distinctive and authentic.

The result is a workplace that not only supports the way people work, but expresses who they are as an organisation – collaborative, reliable, and forward-thinking.
