A Haussmann Apartment Redesigned for Modern Family Living.

In this 105-square-metre apartment, the project focused on reconfiguring the layout to accommodate a third bedroom while clearly defining the day and night areas. The redesigned floor plan makes the most of every square metre, preserving the property's timeless elegance while enhancing its functionality. The galley-style kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living space, creating a natural visual and functional flow between the lounge and dining area.

The interior design draws inspiration from the original stained-glass windows, featuring a refined palette of cream, lime green and dusty pink. Contemporary touches—graphic handles, distinctive light fixtures and bold wallpapers—punctuate the scheme, bringing a fresh and playful character to the overall composition.

Un appartement haussmannien réagencé pour une vie de famille moderne.

Dans cet espace de 105 m², le projet a consisté à repenser les volumes pour accueillir une troisième chambre et structurer clairement les zones jour et nuit. Le nouveau plan optimise chaque mètre carré, tout en préservant l’élégance classique des lieux. La cuisine en enfilade s’intègre naturellement à la pièce de vie, créant une continuité visuelle et fonctionnelle entre salon et salle à manger.

Côté ambiance, la décoration puise son inspiration dans les vitraux d’origine, avec une palette subtile de crème, vert tilleul et vieux rose. Quelques accents pop – poignées graphiques, luminaires singuliers et papiers peints audacieux – viennent ponctuer l’ensemble d’une touche contemporaine.
