LE RENOUVEAU | Studio Marie Bonnard

The expansion of this apartment through the incorporation of an adjoining studio provided the opportunity to completely rethink the layout, introducing a proper entrance hall, a second bedroom and a new bathroom. A defining feature of the project was the meticulous attention given to tile layouts and patterns, lending each space its own distinct identity.

In the entrance, a floor pattern inspired by traditional Parisian bistros was created using Winckelmans tiles in shades of ochre, beige and burnt sienna, establishing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment one enters.

The bathroom, meanwhile, draws inspiration from the elegance of Roman baths. A bespoke composition of Briare enamel mosaics in tones of blue, white and gold creates a space that feels both luxurious and serene.

Together, these carefully considered materials and decorative patterns enrich the apartment with texture and visual depth, while remaining respectful of the spirit and character of the original space.

L’agrandissement d’un appartement par l’annexion d’un studio attenant a permis de réinventer l’espace en y intégrant une entrée, une seconde chambre et une nouvelle salle de bain. Ce projet s’est distingué par un travail méticuleux sur les calepinages, apportant une véritable identité à chaque pièce.

Dans l’entrée, un motif inspiré des bistrots parisiens a été réalisé avec des carreaux Winckelmans aux teintes ocre, beige et terre de Sienne, conférant une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante.

La salle de bain, quant à elle, évoque l’élégance des thermes romains avec un calepinage en émaux de Briare dans des nuances de bleu, blanc et or, créant un espace à la fois luxueux et apaisant.

Ces choix de matériaux et de motifs apportent une richesse visuelle tout en respectant l’esprit du lieu.
