CURRENT STATE
SOLE MIO lux-apts is a new construction project featuring commercial activities on the ground floor, four residential floors (with five apartments each), and a fifth floor with a terrace and panoramic swimming pool.

CLIENT
REQUIREMENTS
We were tasked with advising on the architectural structure to enhance its aesthetic appeal, focusing on facade details and the pool area. Additionally, we were to design five types of luxurious apartments: two studios, one two-bedroom apartment, and two three-bedroom apartment.

The five units we created maintain a curvilinear design that characterizes the architectural structure.
The interiors are designed to reflect the liveability and space typical of Italian residences:

Common Areas | Spacious and inviting, perfect for gatherings and relaxation.

Kitchens | Designed to be both visible and invisible, making cooking a pleasurable experience.

Bedrooms | Comfortable with large wardrobes, ensuring ample storage space.

Bathrooms | Large, beautiful, and equipped with comfortable showers and vanity corners.

Service Areas | Minimized without compromising functionality.

Interior Design | We employed a neutral concept for the interiors, ensuring elegance and simplicity. The décor is distinctly Italian, with confident furniture shapes, high-quality materials, and refined textures that create breathtaking interiors.
