The Cascade House by Varun Garg Architects is a 3,780-square-foot family residence located in Sector 16, Panchkula. Conceived as a peaceful retreat within the city, the house combines contemporary spatial planning with the enduring principles of traditional Indian architecture.

Its defining feature is a cascading waterfall that descends from the first floor into a north-facing pool at the entrance. This water element gives the house its name while creating a cooler, calmer transition from the street into the home. A wooden deck leads towards a commanding 10-foot-high veneer-clad entrance door, establishing a sense of arrival without excessive ornamentation.
