Aerial CGI animation and site plan for a 12-lot subdivision Danville / United States / 2026

A 12-lot residential subdivision in Danville, Pennsylvania needed a visual tool that could do two jobs at once: help land-only buyers locate their parcel, and help build-ready buyers picture the future neighborhood.

Starting from the developer's subdivision plan and drone footage of the undeveloped site, we built a CGI animation layered directly on the real landscape. The sequence transforms empty land into numbered lots, then into a fully built community — houses, driveways, and landscaping styled to match the surrounding area.

The final package included a 60-second aerial animation, 5 still frames, and a 2D master plan for sales navigation.
