AO7H | Igor Sirotov
Modern Private House in Odesa, Ukraine Odesa / Ukraine / 2021
The AO7H project in Odesa is a striking 396 sqm private house that embodies modern facade architecture in its most laconic and monumental form. Designed by Igor Sirotov Architects, the exterior concept is built upon a sophisticated play of pure geometric volumes and striking texture contrasts.
The building's facade features a restrained palette where massive planes of architectural concrete harmonize seamlessly with large-scale glazing. This architectural solution provides not only a futuristic appearance but also a maximum integration of the interior layout with the surrounding Black Sea coast landscape. Sharp horizontal lines, precisely calibrated proportions, and integrated facade lighting create the impression of a modern minimalist "fortress" that emphasizes both timeless elegance and privacy.
Key Features & Materials:
Modern architectural minimalism with strict geometry
Material palette: architectural concrete, natural stone, metal, and energy-efficient glass
Panoramic glazing and integrated facade lighting systems
