The NI1HP Apartment in Kyiv is a 223-square-meter private residence that embodies the philosophy of "quiet luxury" through Igor Sirotov Architects' signature grey palette. Built around an exploration of monochrome minimalism, the project strips away superficial ornamentation to focus entirely on visual weight, precise geometry, and material purity.

A Multi-Layered Palette of Greys The spatial narrative is defined by a subtle gradient of monochromatic tones—ranging from light ash to deep, light-absorbing graphite. The open-plan layout creates a voluminous architectural sequence where integrated storage systems and concealed engineering solutions merge seamlessly into the walls, giving the space the feeling of a single, continuous architectural object.

Material Tactility and Execution Designed for connoisseurs of intellectual architecture, the interior gains its depth through an interplay of raw and refined finishes:
