Located on the beachfront in Daimús, AlmarSuites reinterprets Mediterranean architecture through simplicity. Rather than relying on grand gestures, the project develops its own identity through a restrained architectural language, in which light, shadow, natural ventilation and outdoor living take centre stage. All apartments are oriented towards the sea, reinforcing this approach and making the Mediterranean landscape an integral part of the living experience.

Conceived as a new-build tourist apartment complex, AlmarSuites comprises 40 apartments —30 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units, all with two bathrooms— designed to maximise their relationship with the sea and natural light. The programme also includes parking, a swimming pool, gym, laundry facilities and a variety of communal spaces, creating a development that responds to the practical requirements of tourist accommodation while embracing a comfortable, functional way of living rooted in the Mediterranean lifestyle.
